Our Services
Mould Fabrication
We provide initial mold flow studies from 2D or 3D drawings in order to increase productivity and throughput. Our team highly skilled plastic injection told with cutting edge technology including overmolding, single cavity, family mould and etc.
Injection Moulding
Our machines can handle 2K non-ferrous or ferrous metal forming in a standard environment or in a 100K clean room. A range of machines from 30 to 350 ton clamping tonnage is also available to meet any flexibility and manufacturing options required. Our specialised technology including gas assisted injection moulding, horizontal moulding and insert mould.
Metal Stamping
We use a variety of presses from 30 to 300 tons for progressive and compound die stamping production in large and small batches. Our services including With CNC Machining, Custom Metal Stamping, Aluminum Extrusion, Die Casting and Forging services
Secondary Finishing
All of our plastic trim, along with screen printing, pad printing and foil stamping, can be used for loading and unloading in 100K clean rooms and 10K clean room paint booths with humidity control, providing a complete solution to ensure consistent color, texture and appearance.
Modular Assembly
